1. Place your dog's paw on a piece of paper and press down gently to mimic the way the paw opens when walking.

2. Mark the front, back, and sides of the paw on the paper, then measure the distance between these marks.

3. The length and width of the paw should be slightly smaller than the boot size you choose.

4. If your dog's measurements fall between sizes, opt for the larger size.

5. Measure the width of the paw first, followed by the length, before selecting a size.
